Account Deletion Request
This page explains how users can request account deletion or data removal from 45sec.chat.
Before You Request Deletion
Account deletion may remove your profile access, account details, dashboard access, private room history, token balance, gift activity, and other account-related data where deletion is technically and legally possible.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
To request account deletion, contact support using the email connected to your 45sec.chat account. Include your username, account email, and a clear request to delete your account.
2. Verification
We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting or changing account data. This helps protect users from unauthorized deletion requests.
3. What May Be Deleted
We may delete or deactivate your account profile, login access, public account information, dashboard access, and other personal account data associated with your user account.
4. What May Be Kept
Some records may need to be kept for security, fraud prevention, payment records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or platform protection.
5. Tokens, Gifts, and Purchases
Deleting your account may remove access to unused tokens, private room access, gifts, or other digital features. Used, assigned, activated, or delivered digital services may not be refundable.
6. Private Rooms
If you delete your account, access to active or past private rooms may be removed. Some technical records may remain for security, billing, or abuse-prevention reasons.
7. Processing Time
Account deletion requests may take time to review and process. We may need to check account ownership, payment activity, security logs, and any open support or safety issues.
8. Reversing Deletion
Once an account is deleted or permanently deactivated, it may not be possible to restore the account, username, token balance, gift records, or previous activity.
9. Contact for Account Deletion
To request deletion, contact us through the Contact page or email support. Do not send passwords, banking information, private documents, or sensitive personal information.

Important
This form does not work until we connect a PHP handler. For now, users should contact support through the Contact page. Before launch, we can connect this form to a working file like account-deletion-submit.php.
