Rules

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Keep your face clearly visible on camera while in video chat.
• No nudity, sexual content, or solicitation — on video, in photos, or in messages.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal activity.
• No spam, bots, recording others without consent, or impersonation.
• Respect Stop, Pass, Decline, and Block. Do not pressure others for private rooms, photos, or personal info.

• Sign in with Google or a one-time email code.
• New accounts receive 150 free tokens on first sign-in.
• Google and email with the same address become one account. Your token balance stays.
• The same login works on 45sec.chat, LOVE, and Chat Rooms.

• Start — join the queue for a random video match.
• Next — end the current match and search for someone new.
• Stop — leave the chat or search and return to idle.
• Mic / Cam — mute or turn the camera off; you can turn them back on anytime.
• Full — toggle fullscreen for the video stage.
• Optional filters: Country, I am (your gender), and Looking (who you want to meet).
• Your country is estimated from your IP and shown as You · Country. Partners see Partner · Country.
• During a match you can send short text messages in the side chat.
• A normal match lasts 45 seconds. If nobody extends and nobody opens a private video room, the match ends when the timer hits zero.

Free matching does not spend tokens. Tokens are spent only when you successfully start an Extend or a Private video room (the person who requested it pays).

• Extend costs 50 tokens and adds +3 minutes. Up to 3 times per match. The other person must Accept or may Decline. Extend is only for a normal roulette match — not inside a private video room.
• Private video costs 200 tokens and lasts 45 minutes, with no further extensions. Both people must Accept.
• If you press Stop, close the page, or leave by accident, the private video room stays open until its timer ends. Rejoin from Video Private Room in the menu.
• Leaving does not end the room for the other person while time remains.

• LOVE is photo dating at love.45sec.chat.
• You need one photo with your face clearly visible, plus a username, age (18+), and country.
• Pass or Like. A like is an invitation — they can accept or pass. Duplicate likes are not resent.
• If they accept, you get a private text room (free for 3 days). You can extend it 7 more days for 10 tokens.
• When you are both in that room, you can start a video chat.
• You can hide yourself from the LOVE deck in Settings without deleting your account.
• Change your photo, username, age, and country in Settings. Do not use someone else’s photo.

• Public and private text rooms live at room.45sec.chat.
• Anyone can browse the public catalog. Creating a public room is free for 3 days.
• A private room costs 10 tokens and is joinable by invite.
• Optional paid extras: a cover photo (5 tokens) and a catalog boost (10 tokens for 24 hours).
• Extend a room 7 days for 25 tokens.
• Chat is text-first. Video starts when people in the room agree to show up.
• Room titles, descriptions, and covers must follow the same community rules as video chat.

• After you sign in, use Invite in the top bar. Share your personal link or send a named email (always from your name and email — not anonymous).
• When someone opens your link, creates an account, and presses Start for the first time, you earn +10 tokens. Each friend can reward you once. You cannot invite yourself.
• Your balance is in the top bar. Buy more on Buy Tokens. Payments go through Stripe — we do not store your full card number.
• Banned accounts may lose remaining tokens without refund except where required by law. Invite spam or fake accounts may lead to suspension.

Report a photo, message, or person from the room tools. Reports are reviewed manually. For support or account deletion, email support@45sec.chat from the email on your account.
