By using 45sec.chat, LOVE, or Chat Rooms you agree to these Terms. One account covers all three.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. The service is for adults only.
The service
We provide:
- Video chat on 45sec.chat — random matching for about 45 seconds, optional paid Extend (+3 minutes, up to 3 times per match), and optional paid private video rooms (45 minutes). Private video rooms can be rejoined from the menu while time remains.
- LOVE at love.45sec.chat — photo dating. You upload a face photo and a username. Other users may see your photo, username, age, and country. You may replace your photo in Settings. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content to other users of the service. You must not upload photos you do not have the right to use. A like is an invitation; nobody has to accept. If they accept, you get a private text room that expires unless extended.
- Chat Rooms at room.45sec.chat — public rooms anyone can browse, and private rooms joined by invite. Public room titles, descriptions, and covers are visible to other users. Rooms expire unless extended.
Joining, matching, liking, browsing public rooms, and chatting is free. Tokens buy optional extras (extend, private video, private rooms, covers, boosts). We do not guarantee that someone will match, like you back, or join a room.
Tokens
Tokens are a digital credit shared across video chat, LOVE, and Chat Rooms. Unless required by applicable law, token purchases are non-refundable once delivered. Prices may change.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Rules. We may suspend or ban accounts for violations without notice, including fake photos, spam rooms, or abuse of invites.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee match availability, video quality, that another user will accept a like, extend, or private request, or that a room will stay online. The service is provided “as is”.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
